利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Clipborder（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリおよび関連サービス（端末間同期を含む）の利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条（提供する機能）

• クリップボード履歴・定型文の管理、テキスト変換、連続貼り付け等のローカル機能は無料で提供します。
• 端末間の暗号化同期は、有料のサブスクリプション機能として提供します。
• 当社は、機能の追加・変更・廃止を行うことがあります。

第3条（アカウント）

• 同期機能の利用には、Google アカウントによるサインインが必要です。
• 利用者は、自己の責任においてアカウントを管理するものとします。

第4条（有料プラン・料金）

• 有料プランの料金・支払方法・提供条件は、本サイトおよび「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定めるとおりとします。
• 料金は決済事業者（Stripe 等）を通じて課金されます。
• サブスクリプションの解約・返金等の取り扱いは、「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に従います。

第5条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為。
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、サーバーへの過度な負荷をかける行為。
• 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為。
• 本アプリを他者の情報を不正に取得する目的で利用する行為。

第6条（知的財産権）

本アプリおよび関連コンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者が本アプリで取り扱うクリップボードデータの内容に関する権利は、利用者または原権利者に帰属します。

第7条（免責事項）

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性・完全性・可用性を保証するものではありません。
• 当社は、本アプリの利用または利用不能により利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
• 利用者は、重要なデータについて自らバックアップを行うものとします。

第8条（サービスの中断・終了）

当社は、保守・障害・その他やむを得ない事由により、事前の通知なくサービスの全部または一部を中断・終了することがあります。

第9条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第11条（お問い合わせ）

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載の連絡先までお願いいたします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Clipborder ("the App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships concerning the use of the App and related services (including cross-device sync).

Article 2 (Features provided)

• Local features such as clipboard history and snippet management, text transforms, and sequential paste are provided free of charge.
• Encrypted cross-device sync is provided as a paid subscription feature.
• We may add, change, or discontinue features.

Article 3 (Account)

• Using the sync feature requires signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for managing your own account.

Article 4 (Paid plan and fees)

• The fees, payment methods, and conditions of the paid plan are as set out on this site and in the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
• Fees are charged through a payment provider (such as Stripe).
• Cancellation, refunds, and similar matters for the subscription are handled in accordance with the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

Article 5 (Prohibited acts)

In using the App, you must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Reverse-engineering the App, gaining unauthorized access, or placing excessive load on the servers.
• Acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties.
• Using the App for the purpose of unlawfully obtaining others' information.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

Intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to us or the rightful holders. Rights to the content of the clipboard data you handle in the App belong to you or the original rights holders.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• The App is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee its fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or availability.
• Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
• You should back up important data yourself.

Article 8 (Suspension / termination of service)

We may suspend or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice due to maintenance, failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)

We may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
