Clipborder（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取得する情報、その利用目的、および取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 基本方針 — ローカルファースト

本アプリのクリップボード履歴・定型文・設定などのデータは、原則として利用者の端末内（%LocalAppData%\ClipboarderData）にのみ保存されます。端末間同期（任意の有料機能）を有効にしない限り、これらのデータが外部に送信されることはありません。

2. テレメトリを取得しません

本アプリは、利用状況の自動収集（テレメトリ）、行動追跡、広告識別子の取得を一切行いません。クリップボードの内容そのものを解析したり、第三者に提供したりすることもありません。

3. 端末間同期を有効にした場合に取得・保管する情報

同期機能を有効にすると、以下の情報を取得・保管します。

(a) アカウント情報

• Google サインイン（Amazon Cognito を経由）により取得する、メールアドレス・基本プロフィール（OpenID の openid email profile スコープ）および利用者識別子。
• 用途: 本人確認、同期データの紐付け、サブスクリプションの管理。
• 本アプリは Google アカウントのパスワードを取得・保持しません。認証は Google および Cognito が処理します。

(b) 同期されるクリップボードデータ

• 同期対象のデータ（クリップボード項目・定型文）は、端末から送信される前に AES-256-GCM で暗号化されます。サーバーには暗号化された状態で保管されます。
• 暗号鍵は、当社のサーバーが利用者ごとに発行・管理します（利用者がパスフレーズを設定する方式ではありません）。この方式により全端末でシームレスに同期できますが、技術的には当社が復号しうる構成です。当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、保管された同期データの内容を閲覧しません。

4. 決済情報

有料プラン（端末間同期）の決済は、決済事業者（Stripe 等）を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は当該決済事業者が取り扱い、本アプリのサーバーがカード情報そのものを保持することはありません。当社は、サブスクリプションの状態（有効・無効）の管理に必要な範囲の情報のみを保持します。

5. 利用する外部サービス

• Amazon Web Services（AWS） — 同期データの保管・配信、認証基盤（Amazon Cognito）。リージョン: アジアパシフィック（東京）。
• Google — サインイン（OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect）。
• Stripe — 有料プランの決済処理。

6. クリップボード取得の除外設定

本アプリは、利用者が指定したアプリケーション（パスワードマネージャ等）のクリップボードを取得対象から除外できます。除外したアプリのコピー内容は履歴に保存されません。

7. データの削除

端末内のデータは、本アプリのアンインストールまたはデータフォルダの削除により消去できます。同期データおよびアカウントの削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

Clipborder ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is handled.

1. Core principle — local first

Your clipboard history, snippets, and settings are, as a rule, stored only on your device (%LocalAppData%\ClipboarderData). Unless you enable cross-device sync (an optional paid feature), this data is never sent externally.

2. No telemetry

The App performs no automatic usage collection (telemetry), behavioral tracking, or advertising-identifier collection. It does not analyze the contents of your clipboard or provide them to third parties.

3. Information collected and stored when sync is enabled

When you enable the sync feature, we collect and store the following.

(a) Account information

• Your email address and basic profile (the OpenID openid email profile scopes) and a user identifier, obtained via Google sign-in (through Amazon Cognito).
• Purpose: authentication, associating your synced data, and subscription management.
• The App does not obtain or store your Google account password; authentication is handled by Google and Cognito.

(b) Synced clipboard data

• Data to be synced (clipboard items and snippets) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it leaves your device, and is stored on the server in encrypted form.
• The encryption key is issued and managed per user by our server (you do not set a passphrase). This enables seamless sync across devices, but technically means we are capable of decrypting it. We do not view stored synced data except where required by law.

4. Payment information

Payments for the paid plan (cross-device sync) are processed through a payment provider (such as Stripe). Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by that provider; the App's servers do not store card numbers themselves. We retain only the information necessary to manage subscription status (active/inactive).

5. Third-party services

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — storage and delivery of synced data, and the authentication platform (Amazon Cognito). Region: Asia Pacific (Tokyo).
• Google — sign-in (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect).
• Stripe — payment processing for the paid plan.

6. Excluding apps from capture

You can exclude specified applications (such as password managers) from clipboard capture. Content copied from excluded apps is not saved to history.

7. Data deletion

Data on your device can be erased by uninstalling the App or deleting its data folder. To delete your synced data and account, please contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as needed. We will announce any significant changes on this page.
